Hi, Could you help to clarify about sensitivity analyses calculation. In the notes for P3 at page 34 for open tuition the way the sensitivity is calculated by npv/pv which is fine but in Q1.11 BPP revision kit – the question asks: what will be sensitivity to the project of a 20% increase in the costs they do PV/NPV which I do not understand why, when do we divide PV on NPV?
